	Lake Simcoe is already stressed as per Dr. B. Ginn's report (see Science-Based Monitoring of the Nearshore Zone: Lake Simcoe, Ontario Canada). I can not imagine what will happen to the watershed area and lake when 100,000 people are added into the area every year until 2031.
